These terms govern use of the IAE & Euro Star Awards website. Paid applications are also subject to the Award Entry Terms. A ceremony booking or winner package has its own written offer and terms. Our Privacy Policy explains personal data use.
2. Using the website
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, bypass spam protection, submit false or abusive material, impersonate another person, harvest personal information or send automated spam. You are responsible for having authority to submit another person’s or organisation’s details.
3. Content and intellectual property
The website’s design, text, awards branding and artwork are owned by us or used with permission. Photographs, video, fonts and third-party materials may have separate owners. You may view and share links to public pages for lawful purposes. Reproduction, commercial reuse or modification of protected material requires permission unless the law allows it.
Only confirmed winners with written permission and the relevant licence may use winner titles and official winner logos. An application or payment grants no rights to use that branding. Names and marks belonging to others remain theirs.
4. Information and availability
We aim to keep information accurate but may need to correct errors or update details. Only information expressly confirmed in your contract forms part of a paid service. The site may be unavailable for maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. These statements do not remove statutory rights or responsibility for misleading statements.
5. Links, payments and video
Stripe processes payments on its own checkout pages. Embedded or linked YouTube videos are provided by Google/YouTube. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy information. We do not control their websites. Check the destination and payment details before completing a transaction.
6. Liability
Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation and death or personal injury caused by negligence. We do not guarantee that browsing or receiving an award will produce a particular business result.
7. Changes, contact and governing law
We may update these website terms for future use. Material changes to existing paid contracts are governed by those contracts and applicable law. Contact TEAM@IAEAWARDS.ORG with questions or complaints. English law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any right to use your local courts.
