Award Entry Terms
Effective 15 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-15
Application fee: £199 inclusive of VAT. This pays for application verification and processing, not an award or ceremony admission. Our policy is that payments are non-refundable, subject to statutory rights and the exceptions below. Selected winners are invited to register for the Grand Award Ceremony and purchase a separate Hospitality, PR & Licensing package.
1. Organiser and nature of the awards
GRAVITON GLOBAL HOLDINGS LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 09818235.
Registered office: First Floor Office, 19 Hercules Way, Farnborough, England, GU14 6UU.
Email: TEAM@IAEAWARDS.ORG.
The IAE & Euro Star Awards is an international private awards programme organised by the company above. It is not a government award, statutory accreditation or professional qualification. References to prestige or comparisons with other awards describe the programme’s positioning and do not imply affiliation with those organisations.
2. Applications and eligibility
Individuals and organisations may apply in the sectors and award titles displayed on the nomination form. You may nominate yourself or another person or organisation where you are authorised to provide their details. Choose a relevant title and supply accurate, complete information. Do not submit confidential patient information, sensitive personal information or material you do not have permission to share.
Submitting an application does not confirm eligibility, shortlisting or selection. We may request evidence, clarification or authority to act for the nominee. Any additional category requirements will be communicated before the relevant assessment; no unannounced requirement will be used to impose a new charge on an existing application.
3. Assessment, independence and decisions
Assessment and selection are administered by the organiser for the relevant category. No particular judging panel, scoring method, endorsement or accreditation is promised unless separately confirmed. Decisions relate to the information supplied and verified for the relevant category. We may decline an application that is misleading, unsupported or outside the relevant category. Contact us before applying if you need clarification about the relevant assessment process.
Sponsors cannot influence award decisions. Sponsorship, advertising, payment of the application fee and purchase of a package do not buy or guarantee an award. Selection and commercial arrangements are separate. Concerns about a conflict of interest or a factual or procedural error may be raised with TEAM@IAEAWARDS.ORG. This does not promise a change of outcome.
4. The application fee
The fee is £199 inclusive of VAT per application submitted for processing. It covers verification and processing of that application. A saved application reference confirms receipt of details; it does not confirm payment, acceptance or selection. Payment is made using the Stripe link provided after submission and by email. Do not make duplicate payments for the same reference.
The application fee does not include ceremony admission, hospitality, travel, accommodation, PR services or permission to use winner branding. Those items are subject to a separate offer where applicable.
5. Selection, ceremony registration and winner package
If selected, you will be invited to register for the Grand Award Ceremony. Winners are required to purchase the Hospitality, PR & Licensing package to participate in the winner hospitality, PR and licensing programme. This is a separate purchase from the application fee.
The package price, VAT treatment, precise inclusions, deliverables, licence scope, payment dates and attendance requirements will be supplied in a separate written offer before you accept or pay for it. No particular seats, trophy, publicity placement, media reach or licence rights are included unless expressly stated in that offer. Contact us before applying if you need the package details to decide whether to enter. These terms do not authorise an automatic package charge or bind you to an undisclosed package price.
6. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
Our policy is that all payments are non-refundable, to the extent permitted by law. Withdrawing an application, not being selected, declining a package or being unable to attend does not by itself create a refund entitlement for a service already properly supplied. You may withdraw by emailing us with your application reference.
This policy does not override consumer cancellation rights, rights where services are not supplied with reasonable care and skill, or any other refund right that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will correct duplicate payments and payments taken in error. Any sum retained following cancellation must be lawful and, where consumer law requires, reflect services properly supplied or a fair cancellation charge rather than an automatic forfeiture.
If you enter as a consumer and a statutory cooling-off period applies, you normally have 14 days after the service contract is made to cancel. Email or write to us using the contact details above with your name, application reference and a clear statement of cancellation. You may use this wording: “I give notice that I cancel my award application service contract. Name: __; application reference: __; contract date: __; date of notice: __.” No particular form is required.
Starting a service during an applicable cancellation period requires your express request. If you cancel after requesting an early start, a proportionate charge may be due for work properly supplied, where the legal requirements are met. The right to cancel is lost on full performance only where the required prior consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. Accepting these terms alone is not a request to waive statutory cancellation rights.
If we cancel a service or cannot provide it, we will explain the position and provide any refund or other remedy required by law. Ceremony and package cancellation terms will also be set out in the separate booking offer. Nothing here makes every advance payment automatically forfeited when an event is cancelled.
7. Force majeure
Events beyond our reasonable control may include severe weather, public emergencies, government restrictions, war, serious transport disruption or venue closure. We will notify affected customers and take reasonable steps to reduce disruption, which may include rescheduling or proposing an alternative arrangement.
Force majeure does not automatically remove refund rights or allow us to keep payment for services we cannot lawfully charge for. Any revised date, substitute service, cancellation or refund will be dealt with fairly, under the relevant contract and applicable law. We do not automatically reimburse independently booked travel or accommodation, without limiting any liability the law requires us to accept.
8. Winner titles, logos and intellectual property
Only confirmed winners with our written authorisation and the applicable licence may use official winner logos, badges or award titles in promotion. An applicant, nominee, shortlisted entrant, sponsor or guest must not describe themselves as a winner or use winner branding merely because they applied, paid or attended.
Any authorised use must identify the correct recipient, award title and year and follow the written licence and brand guidelines. No ownership of our name, logo or artwork transfers. Do not modify a winner mark, imply a different award or accreditation, or transfer rights to another person or business. Any licensing benefits included in a purchased package are limited to its written terms.
9. Your information and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle application and nominee details. Operational emails may include application references, clarification requests, payment links and selection or registration information. Entry does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
10. Liability, changes and complaints
We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. No award outcome or commercial benefit is guaranteed. Changes to these terms apply prospectively; material changes to an existing contract require a lawful basis and appropriate notice or agreement.
Contact TEAM@IAEAWARDS.ORG with any complaint. English law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Consumers retain any right to bring proceedings in their local courts and rely on applicable mandatory local law.
